Monitoring
We have identified and mitigated the issue affecting portions of the OneMeeting platform.
Customers may have experienced slow page loads, connection failures, prolonged loading screens, or difficulty accessing meeting-related functionality. Our teams identified a service capacity issue affecting backend connectivity and implemented corrective actions to restore normal operations.
Service functionality has recovered and we are actively monitoring the environment to ensure stability. Users who continue experiencing loading issues may need to refresh their browser session.
We will continue monitoring and provide additional updates as necessary.
