Our teams have confirmed the forward plan which will run over the next three weeks out of peak hours to update Realtime Reporting data as part of this Maintenance Plan.
This is scheduled to commence this weekend with Submissions data being updated at that time. This will be followed over the next two weekends covering remaining data.

A recent feature update making a new datapoint available in Realtime reporting required a data migration (moving data from one database table to another) to be run. The migration caused a spike in system resource usage impacting the production platform. Once identified as the cause, the change was immediately halted and production access restored.
This left the data partially migrated and therefore the migration will need to be resumed and allowed to complete the transfer of data. Our teams are developing a strategy that will allow them to reimplement the change without platform impact. Until the move is completed you may notice some reports returning unexpected values for submission data.
