Granicus will be performing a scheduled upgrade of our VMware hosts to enhance infrastructure performance, security, and compatibility. This upgrade supports the continued reliability of the Simpleview CRM platform.

During the maintenance window, customers using Simpleview CRM may experience intermittent service disruptions or reduced performance. All services will be closely monitored, and we will work to minimize any impact.
