We will be performing scheduled maintenance to implement enhancements to our support case management system in the Support Portal.
What to expect during the maintenance window:
Email notifications related to support case updates will not be delivered to customers.
Any case updates made during this time will continue to be recorded and visible in the Case Feed within the Support Portal.
Customers can continue to view case activity and progress by logging into the Support Portal.
You may notice updated case statuses on your support cases during and after the update.
These enhancements are designed to provide greater visibility into the progress of your support requests and improve transparency throughout the support lifecycle.
No action is required. Normal case update email notifications will resume once maintenance is complete.
