Some sites have been experiencing a mismatch with Caseviewer data.

The root cause is resolved in Release 495 which is scheduled for deployment to Live on March 1st.

A script to reconcile Caseviewer data will be run each night at 02:00 MST from Wednesday February 23rd until Tuesday March 1st.

Please note: Caseviewer Summaries will be updated separately and a further notification will be issued to let sites know when to expect resolution.

We do not anticipate any downtime whilst the data scripts are being run.
