Scheduled – Granicus will be performing a phased migration of core platform infrastructure to a new cloud environment located in Ashburn, Virginia. This migration will take place beginning in March and continue through the end of April. Customer environments will be transitioned in groups each week as part of this scheduled activity.
This migration is designed to enhance long‑term platform performance, strengthen system security, and improve overall reliability. No customer action is required.
While no downtime is anticipated, this work touches core components of the platform. As a result, there is a small possibility of brief service interruptions during the migration window.
Customers will receive additional notifications one week prior to their scheduled migration phase, including exact timeframes and relevant details.
