Investigating
We are aware of an issue affecting map and location features in OneView for some customers. In some cases, maps may take longer than usual to load, or location selection and nearby-request views may respond slowly or not complete as expected. This can delay creating or viewing service requests that rely on the map. Granicus Engineering is actively investigating and working to restore normal performance as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share a further update as soon as we have more information.
