Incident Report for Granicus System

Identified

Granicus detected malicious activity targeted at the file upload functionality in the Granicus Vision Content Management System.

In accordance with our security protocol, that targeted functionality has been promptly disabled.

At this time, there is no evidence to suggest that customer information was accessed.

The public file upload functionality will be unavailable on all Vision websites until further notice, while the security and engineering teams work on it. The upload functionality for authenticated backend users is operational.

We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
