Granicus will be conducting an upgrade of Host Compliance's Production Environment, the system will be unavailable to the customers and the public throughout the entire downtime window.

WHAT is changing:
The Host Compliance Production Environment is being upgraded which will mean the Host Compliance System will be unavailable for the duration of the downtime window.

WHY is this happening:
Regular software updates are essential to uphold compliance and security standards.

WHO is this change impacting:
All Granicus Host Compliance Customers using the production Environment.
The system will be unavailable to customers and the public throughout the downtime window. This means that agency staff will not be able to respond to customer inquiries or perform working in the system during the upgrade. This also means that complaints, tax payments, registrations and renewals will not be possible for the public.

WHEN is the change occurring:
Date 16th September
To minimize any inconvenience for our customers and the public, we’ve scheduled the upgrade for Sept 16th, 2024, for 10 hours starting at 7:30 PM MDT, outside of most of our customers regular business hours. To minimize the impact to normal operations we have deliberately avoided critical periods like public holidays and monthly tax collection deadlines

Action Items:
Granicus Customers should provide advance written notice to their community of upcoming system maintenance, and unavailability of the system during this time.

• Communicate the public a manual process for raising hotline complaints during the time that the system is unavailable.
• Request that tax payments, registrations and/ renewals be submitted prior to or after, the downtime window. Please note that late tax payments/ registrations and renewals may incur penalties / extra fees if not completed by the respective payment deadlines(s).
• Notify property managers that information on their properties will be unavailable during this time
