On Wednesday, July 24th 2024, at 8:30pm MDT, Granicus is performing standard release for EngagementHQ. The system may not be unavailable to customers and the public throughout the downtime window. To minimize any inconvenience for our customers and the public, we’ve scheduled the upgrade outside our customers regular business hours. Therefore, we have scheduled a release window. If an incident occurs during this release, we will have the appropriate staff engaged to immediately resolve it. The release window expected duration is 2hours.
