As part of our ongoing work to future-proof the stability, scalability and security of govService, the Granicus engineering teams will be carrying out an essential Redshift maintenance tomorrow, Wednesday 22nd November, for 30 minutes. This maintenance is isolated to only Redshift and will not affect the main govService platform.
The maintenance will take place on Wednesday, 22nd November, from 3:30 AM GMT.
During the 30-minute maintenance window, Redshift will be in maintenance mode, where customers cannot run queries and data will be missing for this period. We will immediately follow the maintenance with data migration to ensure any missing Redshift data is updated. This maintenance and data migration will be run out of hours.
We apologise for the late notice and thank you for your assistance whilst we continue to provide platform improvements.
