Monitoring

A fix has been deployed for the issue causing duplicate entries to appear in message history. Validation has been completed, and results indicate the duplicate history entries are no longer occurring. We will continue monitoring to ensure the fix remains effective.

Investigating

We are investigating reports of duplicate entries appearing in message history within govService. At this time, the issue appears to be related to how message history is displayed, and there is no indication that messages are being delivered multiple times. Our engineering team is actively reviewing the issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
