We are continuing to work towards full resolution of the issue affecting certain GovService submissions. Our technical teams have identified the cause of the delays experienced earlier today and have implemented measures that have stabilised new submission processing.

New submissions have been progressing as expected since late morning (UK time). Work is ongoing to address the remaining submissions that became stalled during the incident. This reprocessing activity is progressing steadily and remains a priority until all affected items have been fully cleared.
