Investigating

We are investigating an issue affecting the Operations Cloud Swagit SoundSearch Transcript feature. New meeting recordings are not generating transcripts as expected.

Our engineering teams are actively engaged and working to identify the cause and restore service. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
