On Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 9:30 PM PST, Granicus will perform a standard maintenance release for Vision.
We have scheduled an 8-hour maintenance window from 9:30 PM PST to 5:30 AM PST to allow sufficient time for deployment, validation, monitoring, and, if necessary, remediation activities. The release itself is expected to take approximately 30 minutes.
No website downtime is anticipated during this release, and customer websites are expected to remain available throughout the maintenance window. However, as with any production deployment, there is a small possibility of unexpected service interruptions. If an issue occurs, the appropriate teams will be engaged immediately to restore service as quickly as possible.
