The Improvement Service will be changing the certificates for myaccount for all non-production and production sites for all Scottish customers who authenticate via mygovscot.

This will impact the following integrations:

• myaccount Sign-In using SAML 2.0
• myaccount webservices integration

Please note there will be an outage whilst the certificates are being applied and this is anticipated to be up to thirty minutes on the dates and times below:

• Non-Production: 11th September 2023 at 09:00 AM
• Production: 21st September 2023 at 2:00 PM

This outage will mean citizens will not be able to login and use their account during this time.

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: For any Scottish customer who has not yet sent us their certificate and metadata files to support@granicus.com please can you send as soon as possible to avoid any outage.
