Granicus technical teams will be performing maintenance on GovQA to address an issue affecting document redaction annotations. During this maintenance window, some customers may experience intermittent service interruptions or temporary unavailability of document annotation functionality while corrective updates are applied.
The purpose of this maintenance is to restore the ability to load previously saved redaction annotations and improve the stability of annotation-related workflows. Although we take steps to minimize customer impact, brief service disruptions may occur during the maintenance period.
