Rescheduled Date for Essential Database Maintenance
Granicus Technical Teams have decided to reschedule the Essential Database Maintenance originally scheduled for tomorrow evening - Tuesday 8th June 10pm BST until 6am BST on Wednesday 9th June 2021.
The new date for this activity is provisionally proposed as Tuesday 22nd June 10pm BST until 6am BST on Wednesday 23rd June 2021.
This is to allow time for the issues from last week relating to LIM / Integrations to settle down and stabilise.
Confirmation of the new date will be made tomorrow.

This is a reminder that as part of our ongoing work to future-proof the stability, scalability and security of govService, we will be placing govService UK under maintenance from 10pm BST on Tuesday 8th June until 6am BST on Wednesday 9th June 2021.
All UK govService sites will be placed behind a maintenance page throughout the maintenance window; which will be lifted once systems are back online.

govService UK - Essential Database Maintenance
Tuesday 8th of June 2021 – 10pm to 6am – 8 Hour Downtime Window
As part of our ongoing work to future-proof the stability, scalability and security of govService, we will be placing govService UK under maintenance from 10pm BST on Tuesday 8th June until 6am BST on Wednesday 9th June 2021.
All UK govService sites will be placed behind a maintenance page throughout the maintenance window; which will be lifted once systems are back online.
This will allow us to:
• Upgrade several MySQL and Aurora databases to newer versions.
• Migrate several MySQL databases to Amazon Aurora.
This will enable us to enhance database scaling, fault tolerance and performance and ensure all customers will be able to benefit from new Realtime Reporting features.
Important Note:
Customer Integrations and other scheduled tasks that would usually run during the night will either not run or error out during the maintenance and might need to be triggered manually by customers in the morning. Granicus overnight jobs will run again as normal the following evening.
For example:
• Data Dump / Extra Data / Civi Data
• SPS
• Auto Reconciliation
• Cronofy Calendars (remove provisional bookings)
• Integrations being sent on ‘Timed Escalations’ (e.g. Emails, FillTasks / StartThreads, Escalation integrations).
• Auto LLPG uploads (e.g. automated FTP jobs)
• LIM Watchdogs
• Any other third-party system or external cronjobs to fire e.g. FillTask / StartThread
• Retention Processor
